Due to the nature of ingestible products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@nejalabs.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
